New course in the frame

Budding Steven Spielbergs are being invited to join a new course at the City of Wolverhampton College.

They will be able to learn all about the creative and technical aspects of film making on a 17-week programme which starts on February 3.

Simon Larson, head of media, said: "Students will benefit from using the very latest digital video cameras and editing facilities in our state-of-the-art Centre of Vocational Excellence studios."

It is anticipated that students' work will go on show to the general public via the college's dedicated media website at www.mediacove.com
