Wolves legend to visit college radio station Wolves legend, Steve Bull, will be visiting City of Wolverhampton College's radio station this morning (20 April) to talk about his football career and charity work. Morning show presenter Kay Hall, aged 30, from Wednesfield, is looking forward to meeting him and quizzing him on everything from his 306 goals and 18 hat tricks for Wolves, through to his present day work for Steve Bull Enterprises. Kay, who is a volunteer at the college radio station, was a student at the college on the City & Guilds radio course last year. She said: "It's a great opportunity to practise my interview skills. Steve is a real hero of the Black Country, who really sums up the spirit of Wolverhampton. I'm looking forward to finding out more about him and unpeeling the layers of the real Steve Bull and asking him his opinion of the current Wolves side." Kay's show is aired on WCR 1350am on Tuesday and Thursday mornings between 10 and 12. She is also involved in presenting a programme for Radio WM on Sunday evenings. Wolverhampton Community Radio is a student radio station broadcasting to City of Wolverhampton College. Its chief goal since 1986 has been to bring quality and diversity to the radio medium, providing training in basic radio skills and giving local people access to radio. |
